Everyone can join without obligation. When you earn your first commission you will be sent a 1099 form for tax purposes. My preferred method of paying compensation is zelle, or I might do ACH. Other then that it would be on a case by case basis. Paydays will be on the Friday following me receiving the compensation from the vendors.

You are welcome to refer yourself to any of these services and receive the tier one compensation, while the person who referred you will recieve the tier 2 override on your business alone, unless they are already at the tier 2 comp level and then they will continue receiveing the same compensation.

While currently, the vast majority of all services are only in California, we can expand to any state that we have vendors willing to do the work after it has been referred to them.
